I just picked up a new M&P Shield 9mm and was just wanting to see/hear what all of you have done to customize your shields and M&P's in general. Pictures would be great too.

Bought one also, was gonna paint the engraving white and maybe add the XS Big Dot, have not done either yet but I am looking forward to it.

Painted my engravings white. Even on my mags over the caliber size since I have multiple barrels. Also painted my .357 sig barrel silver. Crimson trace. Looking to get night sights first.
If you are able to remember stupid stuff the next day, your doing it wrong.
At least anything worthy of mentioning.

Good deal. I have been looking at the XS Big Dot as well.
Anyone have experience with Bowie Tactical stippling and Apex Triggers?

I've had mine for a while now and am looking at sending the slide to CCR to for their ceraplate coating. And throwing on some Amerigo hack sights. If you wanna get real flashy look at Titanium Nitride.

As many have said before me:
1) Apex trigger - night and day difference
2) XS Big dot sights - Amazing
3) Stipling of the grip(s)
4) Put rounds down and keep it lubed and it it only becomes smoother.
I was skeptical of the XS big dot sites but they now sit on a few on my pistols and get a huge thumbs up from me now. Easy to acquire target, very fast, and still very accurate.
