Got deer #2 here at Bang Whitetail Ranch. Very nice 4 year old management deer. Since I was way off on his score, thought it might be fun to see what you guys guess. Only hint is, don't let the short tines fool you, and mass can really add up!

Couple close, couple way off. I had him guessed at 143...Scored out at 154. Pics don't do this guy justice. 24 & 25 inch main beams along with a few 5.5inch mass measurements makes up for the lost tine length. 19.5 inches inside.

You can google Bang Ranch for all the info. Click the link in my profile signature and you can watch the promo video we made for them (2nd video). They just built an insane 10,000 sq.ft. lodge here, so we are here getting footage of the new lodge and some of their deer to update their promo video.

Matt 1023 - There is no such thing as a "management" buck on that ranch. Want to explain your post? What do you mean? There are management bucks on every ranch where the deer herds are managed...This deer was 4 years old and not the genetics they wanted in their herd, hence a "management buck". The owner killed another "management buck" 8 point tonight.

They may not, I do some video work for them and they let me take a "management buck" in trade. They shoot the big boys, 150 inch ten points are not what they are after.
