28 degrees 2nd day in a row and the deer hit my feed from 10 AM on yesterday with a few Axis doe & yearlings early. My Buddy in Tarpley said his also were active and a herd of wild free ranging Aoudad hit his at 4 PM. First time in 8 yrs.
with the past weeks moisture and cold the Acprns have probably soured. It should be a great weekend for any of you planning a hunt, as they are still in rut also!

They were moving all over the place yesterday morning.

Same here, NADA two sits in a row. This is in probably the most deer infested area in north America, the Guadalupe near Canyon lake. Drive back into town and deer are everywhere, eating acorns confused2

Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.
