Well me and my bro are hunting partners and we got my deer early this year. It's taken this deer a while to slip up and he finally did.of coarse I've given him a hard time about it and I still will cause my deer was bigger  . He was coming in just after shooting light the last three days. At about 5:15 we seen him standing at the corner of our field. He was just staring straight at me and my brother. Wind was good but i was sure he had spotted us. After about five minutes of staring at him he turns and walks back into the woods. I thought he had outsmarted us then. He walked around and came up on the other side of the field where he is only 75 yards away. I hear the gun click off safety and boom! I heard the smack as it hit its target. He ran about ten yards, stood and looked side to side. I heard my brother chamber another round. Without hesitation I say shoot again, thinking the first one was a miss. Boom another shot. I actually see this one hit its mark. He runs about 20 yards the opposite direction and took a ill dirt nap. Great hunt and great memories with family. 
If you are able to remember stupid stuff the next day, your doing it wrong.
At least anything worthy of mentioning.

And both shots hit the mark. He was just a brute. First one got a lung. The second one got the whole top of his heart. We haven't scored it yet. Any guesses before we measure?
