I went to the DSG Arms website, all I see is magazines for 12.50, I don't see any for 8.99

What is so wrong with Red Jacket Arms? Don't get me wrong I don't dislike Pmags, I bought a ten pack just last week and I refuse to announce the amount of total pmags I have stockpiled over the past few years, however, it is more convenient for me to not have to pay shipping and buy online, every time I go to academy or gander mountain I buy as many boxes of tula .223 as they have and I try to find a couple mags, however, as I have already stated pmags are Higher and I am just curious if RJ Magazines will function well, furthermore I am going to continue to purchase pmags until they are banned which doesn't seem to be in the foreseeable future. I just want to buy some RJ mags because they are cheap, I don't care about the ignorant choices they have made on tv because you never know what is real or not, all I want is reliable magazines, will these work? Has anyone tried them?

to answer your question, yes they will probably work just as good as any GI mag would.

I don't run Pmags personally but only because they don't fit in the majority of the carriers I have. I run almost exclusively BCM GI mags w/ magpul enhanced followers and springs, they run about the same or less as pmags.

no, like I said I personally wouldn't buy anything that says red jacket because that would support the gunfawkery they do. but i can't see how you could screw up a GI mag, then again it is red jacket.

Just curious, what is it that RJ did that makes you people so angry? Have any of you owned one of their products that was bad? I don't understand why their reputation has altered so much in recent times

Yes I have watched the show. To be honest I didn't care for it to much-I did like some aspects of the show, however the drama bored me-but I can't judge them for what they did on TV. You have to realize that the "Sons of Guns" did exactly what the TV network told them to. They created drama, lied about the amount of time they had on a project to create suspense (obviously... You can't ALWAYS be finishing at the very last moment) and they messed up occasionally (they were getting paid to do these things) however that is beside the point. I guess what I am getting at is... Are there any Metal magazines other than RJ That will function 100? and are less than 10 dollars?
