what compound bow would you recommend for hog hunting? nothing over $425. i dont have a bow yet but im looking into buying one in the future.

I found a used Hoyt Supertec XT2000 "kit" for $419 delivered off of Ebay.
It came with a whisker biscuit, illuminated sights, vibration dampener, mounted 4 arrow quiver, a nice release, 3 carbon express arrows, a tube of string wax, and a case. Everything I needed to start.
It was a great deal. If you're lucky you might find a good deal right off the bat, but you might also have to wait and watch to find one.
Either way, you can definitely find a good "kit" for what you're wanting to pay.
Or go to the Bow area of this forum post it up there. I'm sure some of these guys have an extra bow they'd sell you at a good price.

They are if you practice.
Use that .300 cal bow it will stop them in there tracks.

Just got the PSE fireflight 33 I havent killed any pigs with it yet but im sure a kill will come soon

I used a PSE Nova for 6 yrs Its a great bow just doesnt have the big hype because its one of the low end PSE bows but its GREAT
