My boy and I will be going. The buck in my profile pic was taken in 80 degree weather.

My boy and I will be going. The buck in my profile pic was taken in 80 degree weather. As much as we like to hunt the cold weather, there are exceptions to the rules. Deer eat and move when its warm to. Just prefer a cold day it feels more like deer hunting

According to calendar this is suppose to be a very active weekend. I'm there! Whitetail Journal magazine calls 17th-18Th and 28th-29th best days to hunt this year!

Il be fishing this weekend.  If I hadnt already shot my buck and the cold weather would have came a few days later I would have been hunting for sure. Good luck to all you guys. Even with the warm weather is should be a great weekend to hunt.

I will go anytime I am able. Hot , cold, wet , or windy. You can't kill sitting at the house or in your deer camp for that matter. Never have understood why guys will spend a ton of money to hunt and then when the weather is not ideal they just sit and sulk or whatever. Some of my favorite kills have been when I had to battle the weather as well as the actual hunt. Last year I killed my second biggest buck ever while sitting in a t-shirt and sweating like it was the middle of August.

I'm sitting out this weekend. After the two cold days and then the full moon. All are pics come in at 2 and 4 am.
