Best county within 3 hours in any direction from Tyler,Tx to look into getting a year round lease? Somewhere that 3 or 4 guns can hunt and enjoy the woods throughout the year with our families......???? It doesnt have to produce trophy bucks..Just a place to get away, hang out with family and friends and get some meat once deer season comes around.

This is like comparing Ford to Chevy, and someone adds in a Dodge.

I'm coming off my lease at the end of this season because its not family friendly. Which has been fine with me for the past 3 years but the kids are ready to hunt and momma wants to do the camp thing throughout the year. I know its apples to apples or Ford to Chevy but throw some places out there fellas!!

There are some really good East Texas Counties if you can find a lease. Houston Co., Anderson Co., VZ County, Delta Co., etc.... No shortage of good counties, but good leases are a different story, especially ones that are available. Their killing some good deer in Smith Co. too.

How come everybody I meet is a deer hunting expert?
