Shot him yesterday. First one I have had run off in many years. No blood, no hair, no bone, had almost decided I missed him. He was only 50 yards away from where I shot him, but it took me forever to find him in the thick brush.

Ditto!
I hunt Jack Co. Just west of Perrin. All I've been seeing is a bunch of fork horns, non-legal small bucks and spikes. Good to know there is still some good bucks out there.

Thats definitely great to know that Perrin still has them. A really nice one was hit on 281 just south of town last year near Back Cemetery Rd.

Hey, give me a rough score on him if you know. I'm in the Loving area, and I passed on a buck the other day that was a tad bit smaller because I was thinking, actually over thinking, tbe score.

Great buck! I hunt in Jack county as well close to Joplin and Runaway Bay. Most the nice bucks on my place are nocturnal, but some nice deer. Way too much pressure out there!
