I will be hunting tomorrow afternoon in Shackelford county... I have two feeders and one permanent blind (pictures of the two below). I have one pop up, which is what I plan on hunting the feeder with the heavier cover... The perm blind is on the other feeder. I have two questions for you "experts"

1. Which blind would you prefer to hunt given the supposed weather tomorrow?

2. If the pop up I use is not there permanently (I take and set up each time I hunt in the exact same spot). Do you think this is hurting my hunting? It is de-scented several times in the days leading up to the hunt...

Just curious as to what you guys have to say. I am open to any and all suggestions. Sorry about the one picture being sideways, for the life of me I can't fix it.

I would hunt the more wooded area because of wind. Main thing I've found with a pop-up is that you really need to brush it in well so it looks more natural to the deer. Especially if it isn't going to be permanent.

You need to do something so that deer cannot see through your blind. When you sit in your blind, they will see you.
