My wife wanted to try something new and I'm sorry I didn't get pictures but you'll get the idea.

We mixed the cheese/cream cheese filling we like but any recipe should work, we also added diced bacon and generous amount of diced jalepeno. The fun part was that we added the mixture to egg roll wrappers and made fried wonton style dumpling / raviolis by adding the filling mix to the center of a wrapper and folding into triangles. Deep fried them in canola oil. They were awesome!

Next trick will be finding a good sauce for them, they were fine as a stand alone but begged to be with a sauce. I tried a ginger, garlic, soy sauce similar to pot stickers but it was not a good combo. Salsa maybe? Sweet and sour?
