Looking for a good place, that will give you your own deer back. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Fishers Ham and Meat Mkt on Spring Cypress between Vets. Mem and Kuykendahl. Been in the business for over 50 years. Great Jal Cheese and Italian sausage.
J and B Sausage beside Hooks Airport is also good.

Does J&B do more than just sausage? That is really close to my hacienda.

Hunting in magnolia would be better in a gated community.

Arnolds in Hempstead makes a hecuva sausage!
Not exactly in Tomball but it was worth it for me to make the drive before I moved up to Cedar Park.
All others listed are solid "go to's" for the area as well, I'm just partial to Arnolds Jap/Cheez sausage.
Patience is the key

Have a guy in Waller that works as a meat inspector, used to work at Krolchzechs meat market in Hempstead years back. He has a facility behind his house and processes on the side. Does all types of sausage ang jerky. He mixes the venison the way you want it. He will add more pork or less to your sausage, whatever you want. More or less beef fat to your burger/chili meat. Good prices and damn good sausage.

J and B Sausage beside Hooks Airport is also good. There is no way in hell I would go to Fishers place is dirty and stinks from all the [censored] and piss from that nasty pond in the back. J&M next to hooks is pretty good but if you have a couple of deer do yourself a favor and drive to river side and take them to Talents awesome place and very good.
