OP Greg THF Celebrity Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 11,116	Took Cody and Zack out this morning and we had a great time. Was a pretty day and we had a few visitors... we started out on fire and dropped 5 out of 6 with the first group.... then our shooting went south a little and we had to have Cody back us up. All in all we got 7 Mallards. Enjoyed hunting with you guys! 4 of the 7 we got... others are on the back. Molly was a tired girl and fell asleep with her head on the decoys on the ride back... not used to this much excitement. She will be soon though.

Most times I shoot for drakes, but if it's all you got... then it's all you got. If I did not make it clear earlier... those are all our birds on that strap... not just mine. Ol' Cody can really bring them down and he is one HECK of a caller too. Man it was fun watching them work to his call.... I think he has done this before... as if all the silver on his lanyard doesn't already say it. (between you and me though.... I think he bought them off of e-bay )

There is nothing better than getting to go out hunting with friends, birds or not. Zack was blowing bubbles all day, you should have seen him. He was pretty reserved around you with his gittiness, he was acting like a little girl with a new barbi. I guess getting your first green head will do that to you.
