Nice Pics ladies.
I do have one request....PLease post wether you are harvesting hens or drakes in the pictures and post your score under the picture. This will help me keep track of the scores, as I can not see in some pictures if they are Drakes or not.
Scores are updated on the first post of this thread under the rules.

Well as cboone said the birds were sparse this morning but we did have this mallard drop in on us and I dumped him.  Mallard drake - 2 points

I'm not going to participate and fully anticipate all points earned to be redistributed to me due to my willingness to not participate in a productive way. I was involved in the shooting of a mallard hen this morning so I will be ahead in the redistribution line since my score is currently negative, yes negative input the new success.

 Went out this morning. Set up in the wrong spot  trying somewhere new and ended up moving before the sun got up. Still managed a Gadwall Drake and Hen. +1

11/6 FINALLY!!!!!!   We shot 10 birds between my buddy and myself. I shot 2 woodie drakes, 2 greenheads and a mallard hen What a great morning! woodie drake * 2 = 6 greenhead * 2 = 4 susie = -1 9 pts + 2 (from previous hunt ) = 11 pts total -cable

1 Gadwall Drake = 2pts 1 Hooded Merganser Drake = 2pts Total = 4pts Slow today but extremely enjoyable, on blue bird days, just seeing a bird is nice!!! The Hooded Merganser is my first and will go on the wall (I sure will not eat it ). Hooded Merganser:  Gadwall Juvenile Drake:  When I first splashed this bird I knew it was a drake because of the dark plumage, but then when Molly brought it back I thought it was a hen because of the orange bill and the lack of vermiculated feathers on the underside (and I did not notice the wing markings). But after getting home and looking at the pics and reexamining the birds, I see it is a juvenile drake. The real trick on the orange bill is to look for the black spots on the bill, hens have them, drakes do not.    In case you are wondering why I went into this excruciating detail about juvenile drakes vs hens is for Randy.

Not much of a story....slow morning where I had only one chance. I took only one shot and it netted a nice mallard drake...I was happy with the hunt. New spot and I learned a few good lessons on how I could improve my chances next time when there are actually more ducks flying.  Mallard Drake = 2pts

today's birds:  gadwall = 2 pts bootlip hen = -1 =1 pt today + 11 = 12 pts total

After several pm's and phone calls, I reckon I will participate in the Tourney again this year... Here are the results from Week #1 Sat. 11/1  1 Mallard Drake: 2 pts. Sunday 11/2  4 Mallard Drakes : 8 pts Monday 11/3  2 Mallard Drakes: 4pts 1 pintail drake: 3 pts Tuesday 11/4  1 Mallard Drake : 2pts 1 Mallard Hen: -1 11/6/08  5 Mallard drakes: 10 pts 11/8/08  3 Mallard Drakes: 6 pts 1 Mallard Hen: -1 pt 11/9/08  4 Mallard Drakes: 8 pts 1 Mallard Hen: -1 pt Total 11/1 - 11/9 20 Mallard Drakes - 40 pts 3 Mallard Hens - -3 1 Pintail Drake - 3 pts Total = 40 pts.
