I know its late in the season but does anyone have any spots on their lease available?

Here's what I'm looking for:

- Annual lease

- Good place to deer hunt (good chances of 8pt buck or better).

- Not crowded with hunters. Preferably a family type lease. I don't mind doing work.

- Preferably with a small cabin/shelter. Nothing fancy just a place to sleep out of the weather.

- Allows me to bring a guest. I'm trying to get my girlfriend more into hunting. I'd also like to take my dad hunting maybe once a year.

- Preferably something within 4 hours drive of Round Rock/Austin, TX.

Willing to look at all options though.

Thanks!

PM a mod and have them move this to the land and leases section down below.

I think you may be a little unrealistic on what you want for the price. But you never know. good luck.

Don, Pm sent back to you.

To others, I'm not looking for a hunt of a lifetime. I'd just like a new place to get outdoors and do some hunting, camping, exploring, have a camp fire, etc. I have land in East TX that never has deer on it so I'm going to try the lease route.
