Took a buddy out the other day and culled a spike...had my 7yr old with me and didn't plan on letting him hunt this year but he told me he was ready after that hunt. So here we sit after a little target practice earlier today...hunting out of a bow blind with shots up to 50yds. Was worried about him making a clean shot, but he put my mind at ease at the range...wish him luck!

Few doe working their way across a pipeline...we will see if anything follows...they always come to the feeder after grazing oats...may settle for one of them
