I'd say he is ready to go try and get his first deer this weekend. He has had his practice and he has made it count. Click the pic below.  Here is the 100 yard group he shot. He asked "daddy, is that good enough or not?" I replied to him saying I know grown men who would be happy to hit a pie plate at 100 yards. Your group is VERY good.
