Beautiful animal!
What kind of lights does it shoot out? Like are we talkin the mini bulb Christmas lights or a 500 watt flood light?

Heck of buck. Don't let the jealous haters detract from your joy. Most of them will be lucky to ever take anything north of 120 B&C.
Again, Congrats.

That is a very nice deer.
However, please do not degrade B&C, because it is not B&C. Just like don't call yourself a Doctor if you didn't get go to school and get the PhD. You would probably ruffle less feathers if it wasn't presented as something it is not.
Again, nice looking deer!

Yes that is the Murski Ranch, Yes that is a tag, deer was released as a yearling and is now 6.5 years old. Nothing photo shopped. Deer is an absolute giant, and I take an extreme amount of pride in helping grow and harvest an animal of this magnitude. I would too. Looks like our neighbors deer, unbelievable bucks on their side. On our side, not so much.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it. Don't text and drive.

I don't know what the practices are at Flint Creek now that Ray is gone.....but, while high fenced and managed extremely well, Flint Creek, when I sat in blinds with Ray, had a large section in the center that no one ever went in. In fact, Ray said that they would see 5 and 6 year old deer that they had never seen before. Deer that were not released and spent their life in that several hundred acre sanctuary before being seen on a game camera or by a hunter.
Sure, they knew what deer were there from the breeding operation. But to akin the deer to cattle does a disservice to what Ray Murski built and managed at Flint Creek. One of the highlights of my hunting life was to sit in a deer blind with Ray, truly one of the great sportsmen of my era. Nothing like a call from Ray...."Hey Buck, you want to come to the ranch this weekend?"
I hope that the family holds Flint Creek in their hearts as Ray did.

Again, Congrats. True, but the people who praise this deer are often the same that would berate some hunter for taking that 120" deer and not passing. A trophy is truly in the eye of the beholder, if someone wants to spend that kind of money to shoot a buck like that more power to the rancher smart enough to cash in. Just don't call the shooter a hunter, it really degrades the rest of us.

I think it is so comical to sit back and watch everyone bash each other, but sometimes it is over the top, and this is one of them. Why call someone a DB because the harvested a bigger deer than you will ever see. Why does it make them any less of a hunter than the next guy. I will tell you I own my own business and have been very fortunate in the hunting I have done. I will promise you I spend more time in the field than most. 90 % of my hunting is done on a low fence place. But every deer I have over 180 is from a high fence, does that make me any less of a hunter? Just because you are not able to pay for a big deer or you choose not to does not make you anymore or less of a hunter or person.

I don't know why people (I'd call them gentlemen, but most prove that they are not by degrading another's choice of hunting) spend so much time worrying about what the other guy is doing.
I like Genesis 1:28
And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
It doesn't matter if it is a deer or a lion it is to be used by man. The bible never said ethics or sportsmanship in hunting as a divine virtue get over yourself and quit judging those that choose a different hunting path.

Unbelievable! The only way to describe some on this thread! Why can't people say something respectful or nothing at all! Better yet why is it allowed?? Should be a rule against it!
To the OP, GREAT BUCK!

Just don't call the shooter a hunter, it really degrades the rest of us. once again, this is what it all boils down to, EGO.
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

I apologize if I came off as disrespectful, I thought I worded it politely. I will now bow out and forever keep my opinions to myself. I get pics like this a lot from family (I have a cousin who owns a breeding facility/HF place) and I understand the work, time, and money the OP had in that deer. Congratulations to him and may he continue to have a great season.
