1100 acres for leasee east of Seymour, in Baylor county.
Deer and hogs, owners have bee running feeders and have game cam pics availabe of what has been coming into feeders.

Not sure, I know it is listed in the Dallas Paper, but I really don't know what type price they are asking.
I stay out of that end of the deal.
I know the owners and just go out and help them with whatever they need to get done on the place.
I was with one of the owners yesterday aftrenoon and some guys from Kaufman came out and we showed them around.
The icing on the cake came at the last feeder we checked, there were two does and an 8 point that would go around 130-135 at the feeder.
As far as I know the place is still available and they have been running feeders and do have game cam picks of the deer and the hogs that have been coming in.
There is a place to camp with water and electric on the place.
