I heard the buffs at the other sale were a little wore down and either old and broke up or looked sick.

The cows sure looked poor bulls were big but had ribs showing. Watusi weren't bad. Had a lot of junk. Never did see the Piiere Davids, the red stags went for #1450@ all to 1 buyer and 180 hinds for #280@ to 1 buyer. Wasted trip for me.

My nephew just called and told me about the blackbuck selling at the YO. I left right after the Ibex sold so I did not see the Blackbuck sell. He said that 17 and 18 inch sold for around $1500. A 23 inch sold for $5000. A 25 inch sold for $6700. WOW. He sells Blackbuck and said he is going to have to go up on his prices. WOW is right! That is absolute insanity!!

seen a pic of the 25" blackbuck today, awesome! Yes, a 25" blackbuck is awesome....but not worth $6,700 in my opinion. Maybe $3k-$4k....

I missed the sale this year.
Does anyone that went have any idea what Red Stag or Axis went for?

Will be curious if things like wildlifebuyer and some of the Facebook groups replace these auctions over time. Fundamentally a lot more convenient for all parties involved to catch and sell as needed.
