I'll be hunting from a tractor seat in about 20m. I figure if the Yankees can do it, surely I can too.

Checking in from Atoka, OK this morning. The stand I am hunting seems to have later morning/early afternoon activity; nonetheless, I got here at dawn and have watched nothing but birds so far. Ended up seeing 9 yesterday and some turkeys.

Tripod in Harper. Usually covered up in deer. Nada so far. I am concerned about what appear to be very fresh 4 wheeler tracks. Only the wife and on the lease and we haven't been here since last weekend and didn't use our UTV when we were here

One doe with a fawn about 2hours ago. Other than that nothing. Windy on this hill in Eastland county. At least too windy for skeeters

I took a shot from a ground blind at a big doe this morning. My dang arrow hit the hog panel and shattered. Good news is I still have 5 more hunts this weekend.
