I had the pleasure of meeting a nice guy as one of my day leasers on a dove hunt this mornin. And as the birds acted funny due to the rain god blessed me with this mornin we watched alot of good groups of white wings flank us on the north and east of my place. Shot a few and had some great huntin conversation he pulled out a device I had never heard of befor. Im sure im just the last guy to here about it. I'm sure plenty of u have used seen or even own one just thought I'd share the info. I'm looking for One online it's a gotta have!!! And it's called a mojo pick stick. Awesome invention. Anyone know we're besides mojo outdoors I could pick one up ?

That is a great idea. Amazon has them for around $35.

Nice. I have an old 3" speaker magnet on a string.

Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.

I've used a magnet farriers use to pick up nails after shoeing horses that I had laying around. Works great, but i didn't know mojo came out with that.

I have not put a magnet to them, but I am pretty sure a lot of the brands of hulls I use have brass heads.

I have a flat magnet doesn't hold nearly as many shells and u either have to drag it on a string or bend over. Tried a speaker magnet. Tried a wielders magnet. Nothing holds as many shells. This pick stick I watched it pick up 2 boxes of shells and held them all and it extends to 5' to reach in the brush. Or under water.
I've seen guys waste alot more money on more useless stuff for hunting.

The primers in the shells are not brass that's what sticks to magnets

My kids do also. But I hunt during the week alot and there at school. And I hate to bend over 25-50 times a day to pick up shells. I just thought this was a usefull device and wanted to share it. I'm guessing I was wrong and should just keep the good info to myself after seeing what most people had to say. Lesson learned. But thanks for looking.

Over and under, catch your shells as they eject. Don't have to pick up any shells or buy a magnet to pick them up with.

I appreciate you sharing. I would also use it as a good whacking stick to hit guys with who don't pick up their shells. See there's another use for it.

I usually only have 15 empty hulls a hunt, doesn't take but a second to pick them up by hand.

Shoot. Eat. Repeat.
