 Best Smaller objective Scope.

I am trying to find the best scope to fit the setup I have on my ruger mini-30. The way things are right now I am going to need a scope with an outside objective end scope diameter of 42mm or less. This would make the objective diameter somewhere in the 30's. I would like a scope that is $250 or less and preferably 3X9 power. I appreciate any thoughts or input.

Love 2-7X32 scopes for that type application. Have kahles nikon leupold burris and vortex. For the $ try vortex
lf the saying "Liar, Liar your pants on fire" were true

I think I am going to go with the Nikon monarch 3 2-8 x32. Looks pretty good and has great reviews.
