Got this 10 point with a bent beam on his right side coming in somewhat regular. I can't seem to put him older than 3 1/2. What do you think?

Now all you have to do is get the deer to stand still while you look at his teeth. Once he's dead the age is irrelevant.

That deer is no older than 3.5-4. Let him walk be a monster in a year or two.

That deers older than 3.5. The last picture is the best angle. Triangular head and decent belly, big hindquarters. I'd put him at 4.5 come the season. Great buck for Llano Co.

Shoot him I no that area well depends on where u are the drought thats been through there has made deer look funny in places unless it rains good next year he may not be as good id take him 4 .5 plus. There are good ones all round there without the drought thats a mid to upper 140sdeer. Imo

You know....I think he's 4.5 maybe 5.5...if I were you though I think I would ground check him to be sure...if you're hesitant about it let me know, cuz I'd be happy to ground check him for you.

If you are on a place that is managing for 160+ I would definitely let him walk. Especially if what we are seeing, the green forage, is always this way.

Id shoot for sure... looking at his face and structure id say hes a 5yr old. Looks like he may have been injured a bit in his hip...could also be why he looks drawn up like a 3yr old. in the last pic If you look at his front end hes got way to much sholder/brisket to be 3 and he has a deep jawline and face is filled out

I appreciate the input. I'm pretty sure thats the one on my hit list that I want to take this year unless something better shows up. Only had that camera running for three weeks. Last weekend I put two more cameras out so I may see something else by opener of bow season.
