Hunted tonight and have an issue. When I fire the bottom barrel first, it's like it de-cocks the top barrel. Top barrel won't fire. If you put in the snap caps, both barrels will fire, but with live ammo, the top won't fire.

I switched the barrels to fire the top first and it'll fire both barrels that way. Any ideas? Assuming I'm off to the gunsmith but just wondering if I'm missing something obvious. Everything was fine on Sunday.

sounds like a problem with the inertia trigger.

If it'll fire both barrels with snap caps it doesn't have an inertia trigger. It probably has a hammer block that's not working properly. It's a problem for a gunsmith, if there's a big sporting clays or skeet shoot, Browning may have an onsite gunsmith

The Cynergy has mechanical triggers, not inertia.

Good idea on the skeet shoot. I'll see what I can find.

Use the find a shoot function under skeet and sporting clays here http://www.nssa-nsca.org/ I didn't look under skeet but sporting clays has some big shoots in October. I would call customer service at Browning and see what shoots they have a gunsmith at.

I'd start with a good cleaning. You'd be amazed at what it will "fix"

Hope you get it shooting. I love my Cynergy
