we have killed several that size in this area over the years but usually are older bucks, 5-6 yr olds. ive never seen one that young with horns like that in this area

Hard to tell off of one kind of blurry pic. Multiple pics and angles would help. I think he is at least 3.5 years old. Maybe older...his chest is bigger than his hips, can't tell what his brisket looks like because of the vegetation. I think your good on 3.5 but don't be surprised if he's 4.5 years old. He should be bigger either way next year if he can survive.
