We had a real good time just wish we had more birds as they were scattered at best !
My Son Stephen picked up the shotgun for the 1st time this season and nailed a couple !
Proud & Tired Worn out Dad and he slept the whole way home

Thats cool Dan, hunting with your son is one of the best things life has to offer. Its been fun watching my sons sense of hunting and patience grow this last year.

I tell you what , I laid down my shotgun to cater to minime and have no regrets ! He has been hunting with me since he was 3 , he is no longer a spectator hehe

Thanks to everyone as it was his call to begin shooting the shotgun this year . All these years teaching gun safety and hunting etiquette has paid off ! He has a great aim from shooting the pellet gun since he was 3 & shooting the .22 rifle for the last few yrs. He told me on the way home that he now wants to shoot the .308 for pigs & deer this season  Very Proud Dad
