I'm looking for someone who makes good, durable, quiet camo rain gear, especially like uninsulated bibs and jackets--any ideas? Thanks!

I'm partial to Frogg Toggs myself but I haven't been able to find anyone locally that carries the bib/jacket suits (they may not even make them anymore).

I have used the Redhead Squaltex from Bass Pro. It works well for the money and is not too expensive. You might take a look at it.

I have two sets. One from Cabelas and a set of 10x, both with GoreTex. The Cabelas set is far superior in my opinion.

go get you some MT 050 at Cabelas. This is life time Gortex gear that you'll wear for everything. I've been in rain for a week with it. It absorbs some water in those heavy conditions, but otherwise I like it a lot.
