Does anyone know of a company that is building a combination corn and protien feeder. What I'm looking for is to be able to remove the spinner and timer in the off season and add a self feeding protien tube during the spring and summer months. Needs to hold around a 1000# Thanks.

Look at the boss buck feeders. they all can be converted in a matter of minutes and hold up real well to texas weather.

I've got 7 homemade ones for $250 but they only hold $650 pounds.

American Hunter makes them but I think they go by FeederMax Feeders now though.

I have the All Seasons 1000# timed protein feeder and added skids for maneuverability. While it doesn't toss corn on the ground, I can put corn in it and it will distribute corn and protein into the feeder tubes at whatever intervals I choose. The deer will catch on to feeding out of the feeding tubes regardless of the type of feed.
