I have been duck hunting for a while now and I have always entertained the thought of video taping some of my hunts. What kind of cameras do you guys use??

I am on Camera #2...

Sony handycam 8mm

1st one - $1000.00
2nd one - $800.00

1st one fell in the lake...(when some specks came into the spread)

I am planning on doing more videos this year...and am planning on Luckyducker to follow me around and take video...

He is good at putting them together...

Olympus Stylus 790 SW. It is waterproof(up to 5 feet),shockproof and dirt proof. Buy a 2Gig memory card, tripod and you can take a ton of video. I really like mine.

It is to hard to shoot birds and film at the same time, Whiskey lost a good camera because of it. If you want a camera man to shoot will you shoot give me a ring, I have been doing shorts and some documentaries for a while now and would love to get a foot into hunting shows.

Yea it's tough to do. But I have a 6 mo. old pup I'll be working with in the season, so I don't plan on taking a gun much. But I hope to take a camera. But I too don't know what to get.

Panasonic DVX 100A w/ Leico wide angle lenses, Sennheiser shotgun and wireless mics, and a Manfrotto tripod with fluid head.

Shoot everything in 24p.
