Oh believe me, I know. Been huntin small game off and on at grapevine for over 20 years. But a lot has changed out there making it hard to access some of my old haunts.

me and my fiancee were drawn, wasn't drwn last year. neither was my brother who was in line 30 min. before me on that first sign up day .. I really think the first 100 people should be automatic ..

I have participated in that before back when the gv permit was first come first serve. Having to take off work to go out to the corps office and stand in line with dozens of other guys waiting for them to open. Usually you could get away with showing up late and still get a permit, but I was there in line one year that they counted back and cut the line off sending guys away.
Make a rule like that for deer and at 100, better plan on spending the night in line.
