When do the bucks stop growing antlers in south texas? I'm debating if I should stop feeding now or continue for a few more weeks. Any help is appreciated.

I'm assuming you are referring to protien? Other than for cost reasons, i personally wouldnt stop feeding. Our deer hit it hard from about first of march until they shed, early to mid sept. I'll keep mine full for another couple weeks but wont have to refill until end of feb, and i bet there will be a little left in the bottom unless the racoons get to it.

They should grow antler wise well into Sept. down South but will continue to gorge on protein if available until they start roaming in late December. Will hit it again hard post rut in Jan/Feb. down there to recover from the rut and through the antler cycle again. All depending on what you are calling "South Texas" of course.
Patience is the key

My zavala co ranch has both deer that are full grown, and a few that are just a little over half grown antlers. It's easy to tell if u looks at pics. When their tips form points they're not going to grow any more.
That said, I had so much rain at that ranch I didn't feed protein this year. And they have great antler growth. If you're feeding protein in south Texas, where most browse species have over 20% protein... Ur defeating the purpose of growing big antlers. Nothing u can feed them is better than what they can get from natural browse.
