I have recently moved from Washington to the kingwood area and know nothing about hunting waterfowl here in Texas. If there is anyone who would like a partner on the weekends I am willing to share my equipment. Three dozen decoys, boat, calls ect. Or if you feel like offering any tips please PM me. Not asking for your honey holes, just suggestions where to get started. Really miss my Washington crew and looking to start/join a new one.

Is your boat able to get back in the shallow marshes or are you wanting to stay out in the bay systems?

I prefer the shallow marshes. I don't have a mud motor but its a small flatbottom so I put on my waders and pull if I have to.
Im a bit handicapped so that's why I prefer to go with a buddy.

You might want to look into Peach Point and Anahuac.
