Great area, Albany has some of the best deer hunting in this region and this is certainly priced right

How many acres can you put together with this owner? Are there any quail rights on the ranch?

Isn't 546 acres @ $8 per acre about $4,300 no matter how many guns you have? Am I missing something?

I have one of the pastures on this ranch. It's 3k a gun + liability insurance per person. No Quail hunting.

How does 3k per gun at 4 to 5 guns = 8.00 per acre? I am interested but now concerned about the MAJOR difference in price listed.

The whole place is like 1500 acres, he's not wanting to lease it in individual pastures but rather the whole place. The post is misleading
