If you can get a waiter, you're doing better than I have in the past. I stay away from the buffet myself. Fajitas are alright.
Linda's is decent for a burger.

La finca was ok the one time I had it.
I would take the 25 minute drive north to Albany and its much cleaner with some better places like the bee hive.

Yes we used to have a building that we served out of. I am currently trying to get a concession trailer built.If all goes well will be other things on the menu other than BBQ.
