Modifieds ok, I think improved cylinder is the best all around choke for dove. I've shot thousands of dove both here ans Argentina, 99% with ic.

Try patterning a shotgun choke/load at 40 yds and see how many dove-sized holes are in the pattern. There is something to be said for using enough choke and having enough shot in your shell when shooting small birds-especially with a 20 gauge. That said, when using a single barrel, I usually go with MOD. Drew

I shoot with Skeet and IC. I will not take a shot over 25 yds on dove. No need to if set up right. Shells cost to much now to be winging lead!
I carry a gun because a cop is to heavy!
