we are northwest of comstock, between pandale and juno...im going to dispatch my two on the 24th with my bow and i got a couple of buddies who want a couple so they will too hopefully. They are as bad as hogs sometimes, wish i knew a good recipe for them, i sure havent found one yet!

I used to think that way about eating javs also.Til a mexican friend cooked some fajitas out of one. He put the meat in a sealed plastic bag with Italian dressing the nite before and then let it drain , and then seasoned with fajita spices. GOOOd eatin.Open fire cowboy wok your missing out if you dont try it.

Yep, may do it but gotta wait till after deer season, we have talked bout doing some for 2 days for $150-$200, 2 or 3 people at a time, just to help with the feed bill.
