anyone know if there is a bounty on yotes in Bell or Milam county? just curious if there is and if so how much it is.

There is no bounty in bell.. but milam is 10.00 for the set of ears.

If you skin them you can get more than 10.00 and it does not matter where you kill them...just get your trapping license and sell them to a fur buyer...not sure how much they will bring this year prob between $15 and $20

i talked to some game wardens one day. if you just cut the ears you dont have to have a trappers license. but tpwd should be able to give you all your info.

Somebody said that there was a bounty on them in collin county but I cant find anything on it anywhere? Where would you look for something like that?

Yote skins for the Wyoming, the Dakotas & up north in Canadia are $30-$40, the Westerns(colored bellies) are around $20-$25 but the ones that are around most of Tx are $12-$15. These are quoted prices from Fur, Fish & Game.

ya i got the ears off of the first one i shot this year. i know a lot of countys have a bounty on the ears i was just wondering how much it is in bell and miliam county and where to take the ears. thanks for the suggestions.

I believe for bounties you would need to check with local county officials. I don't believe that TP&W has anything to do with them except for the licensing requirements. I don't know of any counties that are offering bounties but there might be.

Check with your local county Agriculture Extension Agent and the County Clerk's Office for each county in question. Either should know whether the county is offering a bounty on coyotes.
