Just need to keep the velocity down to the nid or just below if being used in an AR or A10 rifle.

So question...

I set my fl resize die. Then lubed up a few cases. When I run though the first one it went into die and everything was going smoothly until I got to the very top of the pull. It got really tight really quickly so I backed it out and the zip spindle came with it. It would not come out so I got it out but why would it go into the die. But not come out?

So I ran another one through until I meet any resistance...

I had about .439 inches to the bottom of the case. Mouth width is .343.

Guessing... Make sure you lube the inside of the necks. The case neck is sized down at the bottom of the stroke after the expander has already entered the case. The expander, already inside the case, is drawn back up through the case neck to properly size it back up on the upstroke.
