We have 1 lease opening in Cass county. There will be a total of three paying members on 330 acres. Two of us have been on the lease for 15 years. The price is $600 per gun. Each member can shoot one limit of deer per TPWD rules. We have several stands in place that all member can use and have room for 1-2 more stand in good locations. We do a some hogs but we are not over run by them. We also have turkeys and they can be hunting in the spring if TPWD allows it. We are a family oriented club, all children and spouces are welcome but they shoot off you limit. We do have a few rules, no excessive drinking and hunting at the same time, and no visitors until after Thanksgiving weekend, " this rule does not include spouces and children". This is not a trophy lease. Each year we will average seeing 4-7 shooter bucks over 13" or better, and we will usually see a couple bucks in the 125-135 range. The lease is located 9 miles south of Atlanta off HWY 77. This is not a timber company lease but is overseen by a timber agent. The lease was select cut 8-9 years ago. We do have a camp site but there is no water or electric at camp.

Sounds like a good deal to me. Wish I lived closer.
For General Info: Any other animals on the place worth hunting (hogs, varmints, exotics, etc)?

Use to hunt that area before I lost my lease great area and great price if I wasn't at ft hood I'd be all over it
