I recently ate at Planet Burger in Azle off of 199. It was very good. All burgers are double patty for about $6-$7 ea. Freshly made chibata style buns were very tasty.

Try Rodeo Goat over by west 7th. Lots of different types of burgers, but if you're looking for spice try the "Hot Bastard".
Took my gut about 10 days to get over that burger.
I had hoped that I was not going to be the only one who knew Rodeo Goat. I've had hotter burgers than the hot bastard, but it still had plenty of taste and heat. I've tried several of their burgers, and I haven't settled on a favorite yet because they are all so good.

Family and I just ate at Haystack burgers, very good! At at a place called Haystack Burgers and Barley in Richardson. It just opened up a couple weeks ago and I was pretty impressed. I got the chicken fried burger that is topped with jalapeno bacon gravy. I thought it was pretty good, but I am a sucker for anything deep-fried. The fries and onion strings were pretty good too. Off-Site Kitchen is still my favorite, but I would go back here in a heart-beat.

JC Burgers in Allen and Plano...
Their burgers are incredible! They will make them exactly as you order them. There is a reason why you will see the same team cooking and serving. I agree that JC Burgers (I've only been to the place in Plano) is GTG. My wife thinks they are the best burgers going -- but granted, she hasn't been around much. Anyone know of a place in N. Dallas that serves peanut butter burgers?

JC burgers went out of business in rockwall but i thought it was great.
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

Went to Buffalo Bluez in Plano the other day. Not my favorite in DFW, but still a darn good burger, fries, and onion rings.

Went to Haystack Burger in Richardson on Sunday.
I had the Chicken Fried Burger only because I felt I would kick myself if I never tried it. Tasted more like a chicken fried steak sandwich to me. I wouldn't order it again.
My wife ordered a regular cheeseburger and it was awesome. Cooked to order (medium). Really good burger.
My son had a Bacon Chili Cheeseburger. Again, awesome! Cooked perfectly and the chili was very good.
I will definitely go back but won't order the chicken fried burger.

Took some co workers to Maple Motors for Lunch Wednesday. It was a very good burger. Main thing I liked, it was big and and tasty.
If they could only either, season the meat a little better, or grill it would make very good. Onion Rings were also good.
A little price for me. Cheeseburger with jalapenos, onion rings, glass of tea $12.58, plus I chunked a buck in the tip jar.
I enjoyed it but also believe it is over hyped!

I ate at Peace Burgers in Grapevine today. Darn good burger and chili-cheese tots!

Tastes like an everyday chicken fried steak sandwich. The second time I got the Haystack Burger. Excellent! The fries and onion rings are awesome as well! Good call Stub!
