I've spend two days straight sanding and painting and here are the results, it's about 90% complete.

I need another layer with the stencil i made in a few spots and to figure out what to do with the floor, I'm thinking a thin coat of roll on bed liner.

I know the running lights are plug ins but I would still camo tape the chrome stems just in case you forget to pull them when hunting. Speaking from personal experience. Boat looks great!

Roll on liner works good on my catfish rig. It wears off after a lot of use, but a re-coat fixes it quick.

Nicely done

Just took it out for the first time. It ran great. It's not a speedster but it's gets you where you need to go.

Looks great. Are you going to consider painting the outboard?

No need for a stencil

Just take natural grass to do a spray paint overlay over your last stencil if you are looking for more detail. Take dark brown or black spray paint, a handful of grass and lay it over the tan stenciled part then overspray with the paint and you'll have a nice pattern

An example

Congrats on a great looking boat! Would have gone for a ride with you sunday but the rain was coming down hard and we had to get back to houston
