Recieved my holster from ynot on e-bay.Just as I asked him to make. It's a right hand forward cant with retension strap.Great craftsmanship and my winning bid was in the $20 with about $4 shipping in the USA.He makes them completely horizontal to or any way you ask him.I wanted mine for carrying in the woods. You will also see my go to carry rig.The inside waistband with comfort tab and my pocket holsters.I went with the hogue grip and with the extended clip it feels like a part of my hand,This is a comfortable, highly consealable piece. It's a good gun, wife loves her's. for the .380's it is the best shooting, however ours was very picky with ammo at the beginning. The wife is going to use it to qualify with on Saturday. Just throw it in a pocket and be done with it, no need for a holster. Don't know about you, but I carry mine cocked with the safety on. I'd rather have the safety and trigger covered for my protection. It would suck to lose a nad or something you don't have 2 of from an accidental pocket discharge. I carry it cocked and locked. Doesn't bother me. I carry my 1911 cocked and locked and tucked in the front of my pants, but it also has a grip safety. I stopped carrying both of them simply because I don't like manual safety. I carry a P226 everyday at work and it has no safety, that's what I prefer. Isn't the P226 DA/SA? That heavy long first pull is a virtual safetly. I have a P238 thats da/sa. They're different than carrying a SA pistol without a holster IMO.

The Sig P238 is a hot item. I bought one for the wife a while back, and I loved hers so much that I bought my own. I carry one in a Desantis pocket holster in my shorts or even jeans. No one knows it's there. I've never had a hiccup out of it, no matter what I put down the barrel. It is extremely easy to break down and clean. It also is very accurate for it's small size. I'm not a huge .380 fan either, but it's very difficult to conceal my 1911 in the summer. You will not be disappointed in your purchase.
