I use mustard when I fry venison or elk. It adds that little bite.

Lookin' great I mix a little ketchup and mustard to dip my fish in first before dipping them in the breading mix.

I mix Louisiana hot sauce and mustard. Turns a little pink. Add little Tony Chachere's Spicy. then dip in corn mill. Fry until golden brown

I'm one of those guys who doesn't put ketchup or tartar sauce on my fish either. They only time I have is if I'm eating catfish or shark that tastes funny, to me it's like putting ketchup on a good steak. Anyway, I've heard that you don't taste much of it after cooking.

You guys must really hate the taste of fish. Mustard on crappie should be an editable crime. :'(
