Finally dropped my bow off with someone who knows what they are doing. The shop I had been using had my rig all kinds of messed up. It has become clear that some these so called pro shops are not much better than the 18yr olds behind counter at gander mtn. Some of the things jerry noticed within minutes should've never gotten out the door, where I bought the bow. For you new guys getting into bowhunting I encourage you to visit all shops within driving distance to determine which one is best. They are not all equal. I drove over 2 hrs to get to kerens and wont hesitate to do it again. Rant over

Thumbs up to rednek boodha for knowing what they sell

Over an hour for me to get there and well worth it. Not only have I gained a great friend and awesome young Christian bother, but I also have one of the finest techs in the state maintaining my bow. He is the only person, besides myself, that touches anything adjustments on my bow or my daughters bow for that matter.

I probably drive by many bow shops to get to Jerry's and always happy to make the trip. Just started bow hunting last year and feel spoiled that I started at the top with Jerry.

I've never met him, never had him work on a bow, but I've heard he is the best (except for me).

San Angelo- I drove there from Fort Worth a couple years ago and bought an Elite from BPhillips.

That's nothing. When TXW and I were in there getting his new bow a man showed up who had flew in from Las Vegas, rented a car, Drove from Austin (why he didn't fly to DFW is beyond me). Just to buy and have Jerry set up an elite for him.

Jerry is a great guy. Great tech. Josh Brown in Princeton is also very good.
