Hills has a good lunch. You can take your bass rod, wade out into the surf, or fish from one of the piers,or rock groins and catch fish.

Mi Abuelita's for Mexican breakfast, best you'll ever have.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Olympia Grill on Seawall has good Greek gyros, haven't been in several years, pretty sure it's still there.
X 2 on Gilhooley's if you make up to San Leon. Beer and oysters!

We go there every year and about to go back next week. We love to go to the following places to eat: Cajun Greek on 61st, it is a hole in the wall but we find they have they best crab available. Sunflower Cafe and bakery, my girls love to go there to get brunch. They have great smoked salmon and even better soft shelled crab sandwich. Crowded by the locals. Shrimp and Stuff mentioned earlier. Mosquito Cafe has great lunches but the locals like it as well. The SPOT on the seawall.
Now I will have to go try the other places mentioned here. Thanks.

An out of the way family owned placed frequented mostly by locals. The food is semi cajun with a twist, my wife and I love it.
