I found this on another site as well. Never leased for hunting! Some open country and mesquite flats in Knox County Texas. Fresh water creek runs through it. Mostly rugged terrain and heavy brush. Good chance to take trophy whitetail buck. 3 miles highway frontage FM 267. East side of property joins 510K acre Waggoner ranch. No high fences. No cattle or livestock will be grazed on property between October 1 and March 1. Looking for mature and responsible hunters for long term relationship. Hunters to provide stands and feeders. Will establish ATV trails. Hunt whitetail deer, dove, quail, turkey, small game, hogs, bobcats and coyotes. 5 hunters at $5,000 each. Contact Bobby at 940 422 4525 or bburnett@valornet.com.

It might be worth it if its next to the waggoner, and one of there wheat fields borders it.

I can see it... Close friend owns 5500 acres right in the same area just pass 267 on the south side of 114. I would bet it may be some of the best all around hunting in the state.

I would have to agree. God only knows how many record book deer are running around in that area. It’s some of the most impressive amounts/quality of deer I have seen in the state. I know of some guys who supposedly pay 10k a year there along the Waggoner a few miles over into Wilbarger County.

Great country and I have seen lots of BIG deer out there. Lots of mass and they tend to be big spreads. 5K is pretty high......not mistaken thats a 1 buck county. I have a buddy that has 30K acres next to 6666's and I get to cull and doe hunt out there free. Well I help them work cattle so its not free LOL. Its not far from the place thats for lease.
