I bought a knife from Mike C a couple of months ago and I just couldn't stand it any longer. I had to get all my knifemaking equipment set up again. It has been about 6-7 years since I had made one and I forgot just how much I enjoy it.
After seeing some of the rasp knives on here I just had to give it a try. I had never made a bowie so I thought I'd try them both at the same time.
I was fairly pleased with how it turned out, but not 100%. A few things I'd do different next time.
Flat grind, stainless pins, hand rubbed 400 grit finish, and Ziricote scales.

I have not thought too much on a price yet. I wouldn't sell this one because of the few things I don't like about it.
Keep an eye out, I am planning on selling some soon. I just have to order a bunch of supplies before I can make any more.
