I think I am going to blow away the averages. Its 1200 miles to Tn.I can make it in 20+ hours. It was really nice when I lived in Tn. Now that I'm in west Tx. It's a pain, but I have 25,000 A for $300.00 A year.

400 yards from bed to box. Dont crank up the GMC unless i put one on the ground. But the field is loud and i have to walk slow as i usually have does under both feeders, so to make you guys feel a little better it takes me 15 minutes to get to the stand. Skinner

If I am in Abilene, 75 miles door to door. If I am at the farm, 2 steps from the bed to the "blind" chair. Open the window and I am in business.

Hey all! My hunting grounds are about a 150 miles away in Cass County, right down the road from Orn! It takes me 2 to 3 hours to get to our property. I am from the metro-mess. Good luck and safe hunting to everyone! Thanks, Troy

1 hour to the ranch, 5 minutes to the stand
We have enough youth. How about a fountain of "smart"?

When I stopped deer leasing it was about 5 to 6 hours. We really had to stay at least 4 days hunting to make it worthwhile.

For us it can be 5 minutes or 5 hours, depends on where we want to go. Either way at least we all get to get out there & enjoy it.

Ranch: 272 miles from home Home: I can stand in the kitchen to watch or open the french doors in the dining room and hunt from there.
The difference: 2-3 deer on occasion at home...30-50 deer each feeding at the ranch. There are some big deer at both places.

70 miles from front door to front gate. About an hour and fifteen minutes if I don't leave during rush hour.

about 2000 miles or 4 hr flight and 1 1/2 drive and 10 minute walk to closest stand. Living in boston now...all things considered still making it to my stand faster than some of you!
