I've got a couple pairs of ASOLO Fugitive's one in GTX and one not. They can really take a beating. The issue that i have with GTX is they're so well insulated that when your feet sweat, which they most likely will, they take forever to dry. So i go without the GTX and if they get wet, hang em for a few hours.
